1. How do I care for my Mibospi products?
Mibospi bags are made from the highest quality leather and canvas and therefore care is minimal. Should you see a smudge on the bag use a damp cloth to try to remove it. Please do not ever place in a washing
machine. Your bag will arrive stuffed with paper and placed inside a Mibospi dustbag which we recommend you use when not in use.

The Sofia blanket is made from 50% cashmere and 50% wool which is raised and made in the Italian alps. We recommend dry clean only for the blanket.

2. How often are the collections made available?
Mibospi creates two collections per year: Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter

3. Will the bag I see on the website always be available?
Although we fall in love with some of our collection and may introduce the bag another time, we will always update it with a new color or fabric as we follow the latest fashion trends.

4. What is your return policy?
We are confident you will be pleased with your Mibospi goods but should you have any doubts, we do offer a strict 10 day return policy. Please keep in mind the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and we highly recommend using insurance coverage and having the recipient sign for the parcel to avoid loss. Contacting a Mibospi Sales representative is mandatory before shipping any goods
back to Italy.

5. How can I hear of the latest Mibospi news or view the new collections?
We would be happy to sign you up on our mailing list and you will be the first to hear of news and latest collections. Simply send in your information to contact@mibospi.com and we promise not to share your information with any other parties.

6. Is the mat included?
Exercise mats are not included but we highly recommend you use one at every practice to avoid injury.

7. What size mat can the bags hold?
We have designed the bags to comfortably carry a mat with a 13 inch diameter (or less). Any larger we feel would be too cumbersome to carry.

8. Why does my order take 4-6 weeks?
All Mibospi merchandise is made to order and made by hand by local Italian artisans. Our hand selected leathers and fabrics are hand dyed to our specifications and take an average of 3 weeks to process. We allow 2 weeks for each bag construction and a minimum of three craftsmen work to complete the order. And finally, one week for delivery. We feel comfortable with the 4-6 week delivery notice but we also hope you receive your order earlier for your enjoyment.

9. Can I track my goods?
If you leave your email details with your order, UPS can send you a message once they have shipped your order out. They will provide the appropriate information for tracking your goods.

10. Can Mibospi handle custom orders?
We start any order from scratch so virtually anything is possible with your special request. Obviously rates and delivery will vary so a Mibospi Sales Representative must be reached at contact@mibospi.com.
